Nano — Turkish on-device narration voice (Piper "fahrettin", tr_TR, medium)

This folder ships a WebAssembly build of a text-to-phoneme component that
statically links espeak-ng. This notice exists because that inclusion is
required by espeak-ng's licence.

3) piper-wasm — MIT licence (compiles piper-phonemize + espeak-ng to
   WebAssembly; the exact package/version used to produce
   phonemizer.wasm + phonemizer.data in this folder)

   Package/version: @diffusionstudio/piper-wasm@1.0.0
   phonemizer.wasm / phonemizer.data are the UNMODIFIED
   build/piper_phonemize.wasm and build/piper_phonemize.data files from
   that package version (only renamed, no code changes).

4) Piper (VITS text-to-speech) — MIT licence

5) Voice model — "fahrettin" (tr_TR, medium)
   model.onnx / model.onnx.json in this folder are copied unmodified
   (md5 verified) from the community mirror
   https://huggingface.co/diffusionstudio/piper-voices
   (path: tr/tr_TR/fahrettin/medium/) of the original Piper voices
   released by rhasspy/piper. Training data licence: CC0
   (https://github.com/NabuCasa/voice-datasets).
